My application shall be subject to the evaluation, approval, terms, conditions, and requirements of Pastil King Philippines Management.

I acknowledge and understand the following:

1. Pastil King Philippines offers different franchise packages and business setups depending on the applicant's preferred concept, location, operational requirements, and business goals.

2. The final franchise package, inclusions, fees, and required capital shall be discussed during the official Franchise Call or franchise presentation.

5. I understand that additional expenses may apply depending on the selected franchise setup, including but not limited to rental deposits, construction, renovations, permits, staffing, utilities, equipment, initial inventory, and working capital.

6. I understand that my proposed location is subject to inspection, evaluation, territorial availability, market assessment, and final approval by Pastil King Philippines Management.

7. I agree to follow the approved operating procedures, food preparation standards, branding guidelines, product sourcing requirements, training requirements, quality-control standards, and policies of Pastil King Philippines.

8. I understand that I shall be responsible for the daily management and operations of my franchise, including staffing, permits, rent, utilities, taxes, local compliance requirements, and other operating expenses not specifically included in my selected franchise package.

9. I acknowledge that Pastil King Philippines does not guarantee a specific amount of sales, profit, income, or return on investment. Actual business results will depend on factors including location, customer demand, management, operating expenses, staffing, marketing, and daily execution.

10. I understand that potential earnings, financial assumptions, and business projections may be discussed further during the official Franchise Call.

11. I authorize Pastil King Philippines Management to verify the information and documents submitted as part of my franchise application.

12. I understand that this Letter of Intent does not constitute a final Franchise Agreement, does not grant me any franchise rights, and does not automatically reserve or guarantee my preferred location.

13. I understand that a formal Franchise Agreement and other required documents shall only be executed after my application, selected package, proposed location, financial capacity, and other requirements have been evaluated and approved by Pastil King Philippines Management.

Through this Letter of Intent, I respectfully request Pastil King Philippines Management to review and consider my application as a franchisee.
